REOPENING Q&A
We understand that parents/guardians, students, and staff may have questions regarding the reopening plans for the fall of 2020. Throughout the planning process, we have taken note of the frequently asked questions we have received and compiled a document to help guide you along with what to expect in the fall. Please review this document if you have any questions

OPT-OUT OF IN-PERSON LEARNING/ OPT BACK INTO IN-PERSON LEARNING
Parents will always have the choice to remain in the remote learning model. Parents/guardians who decided to opt-out their child from in-person learning for the start of the 2020-21 school year must submit their continuing intent via this Google Form by October 9. Please fill this form out once for each child who is a current remote learner. This form allows parents to opt their child(ren) back into in-person learning, or continue remote learning. This option is open on a five-week incremental basis.

**ONLY PARENTS/GUARDIANS OPTING CHILDREN OUT OF IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM**

STUDENT SURVEY: RETURNING BACK TO SCHOOL
This survey will ask students questions about the return to school in the fall. Although designed for student in grades 4-12, parents may assist younger children with completing the survey. Your responses will help the district in being better prepared to reopen and meet the needs of our students. Thank you for your time in completing the survey. We hope you are having a nice summer!
