About Argyle Central School |
Argyle Central School is located in the town of Argyle, which is in the heart of Washington County, New York. Our students are provided with a comprehensive educational program that prepares them to be productive and active members of society. In addition to our strong standards-based instructional program, the district provides an array of academic opportunities for all K-12 students including: an enrichment program, Odyssey of the Mind, diverse electives (Forensic Science, Anthropology, Pre-Vet, Landscaping, Survey of Literature, World of Technology, etc.) at the high school level, and college-credit courses in Mathematics, Spanish, and Science. The school campus consists of one school building which houses approximately 670 students in grades K-12. There are 64 teachers, a Superintendent, 7-12 Principal, K-6 Principal, Director of Special Education, and two Guidance Counselors. Argyle Central takes great pride in its commitment to all studnts and values the opportunities that athletics and extra-curricular activities provides for all. |
