Cyber Safety Assembly

Cyber Safety Assembly
Posted on 02/13/2018

On Monday, February 11, David DeCelle from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children visited Argyle Central School.

He presented an assembly on cyber safety to students in grades 6-12. Mr. DeCelle encouraged students to consider the consequences before posting or sharing information online.

He also spoke about each individual's digital profile, or information about a person that can be seen online. A person's digital profile is sometimes viewed or considered when that person applies for a job or to college.

Mr. DeCelle's presentation and advice were important in keeping students safe, and helping them maintain positive, private profiles.
