  • Medication must be in its original container with its original label. You must have a doctor’s order for all medications, including over-the-counter medications. Send these doctor’s notes in with your child or fax them to our nurse at (518) 638-6373 by May 31. Everything should be placed in a sealed plastic baggie marked with the child’s name, reason for medication, and dosage. You must drop the medication off with your child’s gear.

  • Drop-off will be on Wednesday, June 11, from 4-6 pm in the multi-purpose room. You may park in the bus circle or the elementary teachers’ parking lot and enter through the double doors nearest the room. Please drop off your child’s bag, sleeping bag, pillow, and any medication.

  • Students are not allowed to have snacks, candy, or gum in their possession at camp, as these can attract unwanted rodents and insects to the cabins! Please remind your child to eat a good breakfast on Thursday morning (either at home or school). Our first meal at camp will be lunch following orientation and team-building activities.

  • The bus will arrive at ACS between 5:00 pm on Friday, June 13. You will need to pick your child up then. Please park in the main parking lot to wait for the bus.

  • The number to call in case of an emergency is 518-656-9462. You will hear a message, and at the end, it will say, “In case of an emergency, dial extension 4357.” This number should be used in an emergency ONLY.
