COVID-19 Update 10/4/21
Posted on 10/04/2021

October 4, 2021

Earlier today the District learned that an individual in the District has tested positive for COVID-19. This individual was last in the building on Tuesday, September 28, 2021. The individual is now in quarantine and will have to recover and be cleared by the Department of Health before returning to school.

This exposure resulted in a small number of students being quarantined. All families of students who are required to quarantine as a result of this positive exposure have been contacted by the district.

Thank you to our students, faculty, and staff for continuing to maintain proper social distancing and for continuing to wear their masks correctly while in school - these steps are ensuring Department of Health-required quarantines are kept to a minimum.

Please note that the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other privacy laws restrict us from disclosing or confirming any personally identifiable information. We cannot identify anyone who has tested positive.

Please feel free to contact the District if you have any questions.

Sincerely,

Michael Healey

Superintendent of Schools
